I'm an apartment suitable for 3/4 persons in the beautiful city centre of Padua, a few steps from pedestrian area and next to the tram stop, which allows you to reach the most interesting city sites.
I've a wide bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a private courtyard with table and chairs.
I'm available for short term booking : business trip, study purposes or touristic stay. Moreover, for who has different needs, I'm also available for longer term booking.
My owners live nearby and they will be available at any time for providing you all the information to make your stay enjoyable.

Venice is just at 30km distance and it's easily reachable by car, by bus or by train. The easiest way is take the train: till the train station with less than 10 minutes trip by tram and, once there, after 25 minutes by train (www.trenitalia.com ) . . . you'll be directly into “calli” and canals.

To confirm your booking we need a 30% of total amount deposit. You can pay with Paypal or bank transfer.
In case of cancellation within less then 10 days of arrival date , deposit amount will be withheld. You will use your credit booking for a later time.
